This workshop is a practical, beginner-friendly introduction to peer coaching. Led by certified wellness life coach Jada McCray, you will learn how to coach to support others in your life through hands-on practice and practical tips to get started.
In our 90-minute session, we’ll define coaching and its core components, learn simple peer-coaching tools, and practice peer and group coaching, so you leave with a deeper understanding of your personal and professional goals and how to support others.
This is for you if:
- You’re new to coaching
- You’re curious what coaching is
- You’ve been coached but have never learned how to coach
- You have a basic understanding of coaching and want to develop your coaching skills
